Terms and conditions
Terms
Orders are payable before shipment unless the customer has a special agreement. Past due invoices will be billed a 2% per month administrative charge.
Price
All prices on this website are in Canadian dollars. Quantity prices can be provided on request.
Minimum order amount
There is no minimum order amount.
Shipping
Transportation costs are at the customer's expense from our plant in St-Hyacinthe. The fees displayed on the site are estimates that are mostly correct, but some changes may be made after the order has been sent. In case of problems, please contact info@ranchcunicole.com or (450) 799 5170.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, it's generally impossible for us to ship to a PO Box. Therefore, we need a complete physical address to ship your order. If we only have a PO Box number, we may ship your order to a hold for pickup location near you.
When a customer specifically requests that their order be shipped without a signature (for example, by asking them to leave the parcel outside their door), the customer is responsible for any loss of the parcel once it has been delivered.
Shipping time
Most orders placed before 11am EST are shipped the same business day. Larger orders or orders requiring the manufacture of an item are usually shipped within 3 working days.
Exportation
Unfortunately, we do not yet sell outside Canada. Any request to create an account from outside the country will automatically be refused.
Incomplete order
The availability of the material on the website may, in some rare cases, not reflect the inventory we have. If an order is placed with items that are unavailable, you will be notified by email or telephone. Ranch Cunicole may not be held responsible for any fees or damage that occurs because of an unavailable item.
As soon as the material is available, we will contact you for your instructions on this subject. However, incomplete orders are very rare.
Special order
A 25% deposit is required for special orders. The balance of the payment will be made before delivery. However, we recommend that you call (450) 799-5170 to be sure of your special order specifications.
Damage
All our orders are inspected before leaving Ranch Cunicole. You must check your order upon receipt and indicate any damage on the carrier's delivery note. Transport damage is the responsibility of the carrier and must be reported promptly to the carrier. Any other damage or delivery error must be reported to Ranch Cunicole within 3 days of receipt.
Failure
Ranch Cunicole's liability for a defective part is limited to the repair or replacement of the part, depending on the warranty, following a proof of purchase. Any return of defective merchandise is only made with the authorization of Ranch Cunicole. We honor the original manufacturer's warranties where applicable. Ranch Cunicole reserves the right to refuse a replacement or a repair if it is considered that the failure is due to misuse, a modification of the product or any reason that is not due to a manufacturing problem.
Return
Any return of merchandise is at the customer's expense and is creditable after verification by Ranch Cunicole. Credit for returned goods only applies if they are new. Obsolete, dirty, stained, bumpy or corroded goods will not be credited.
